Mission Statement 

BGF is a community of people who care about each other, coming together to foster friendship through the sport of ultimate frisbee. As we think about this league, we ask that: we honor individuality, be present for one another, accept all forms of expression and identity, and strive for empathetic action in every moment. At our core is the idea that we demonstrate the deepest part of our humanity when we bring together people of all backgrounds and show we care. 

Vision Statement

Our vision is to run and operate an ultimate frisbee organization that recognizes and celebrates differences in age, race, gender, gender expression, nationality, sexual identity, physical ability, and background. We want to ensure that you feel welcomed in every gathering, comfortable expressing your true selves, and hold yourselves and others accountable to uplift all members of our community. We also want to make sure that you having a blast playing this amazing sport!
